Products displayed on this site are regularly updated. Every effort has been made to ensure product descriptions as well as images are as informative as possible and give you an accurate description. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Pricing
All prices are stated in pound sterling (euro also accepted). Prices are exclusive of VAT, the VAT is stated during checkout process before your order is processed, along with summary total. If for any reason the price is incorrect online we will contact you with the correct price and ask whether you wish to proceed with the order.
Payment
You may pay for your order in the following ways:
Credit card over the phone, by cheque (payable to Industrial Floorcare Machines Ltd), bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. By creating an account you may receive IFM Comac offers and news via email with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
Delivery
On all orders received on weekdays we aim to deliver the next working day with in-stock items, we only dispatch items once payment is received, on the odd occasion that an item is not in stock we will be in contact with an estimated delivery time. You will be notified of delivery charges when you place your order.
Returns
You have the right to cancel an order and receive a refund before items have been dispatched but we need written notification (via post or email) within 5 working days.
If you wish to return any received goods we must be contacted within 7 working days and you must include order number, items, name and address. A return address will then be confirmed and goods must be returned at your own expense. Once we receive returned items and thoroughly checked for damage a full refund will be issued (excluding delivery charge). All returned goods should be undamaged and unused. Any damage on returned goods will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made back to the method of payment used at time of purchase.
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If any government bodies, councils or health trusts wish to place an online order we accept purchase order numbers, just enter your number in the text area provided during checkout and an invoice will be sent with your order.
